Our group consist of individuals that enjoy the sport of running. It doesn’t matter if you’re already a seasoned runner or if you’re looking to start running to improve your health, to compete or just to socialize, we welcome all.
Our goal is to provide a place where members can communicate with one another, share a common race calendar and inspire and motivate one another to be the best runners we can be.
Keep in mind that the suggestions, tips and information here are not scientific and only given as personal experiences and should not be construed as factual or medically proven. In all cases be careful train correctly and have FUN!
